In his home country, the center of Zain is known for his good scoring abilities even though he is not a great finisher.

Al-Khas can play with the ball under the basket but he also enjoys playing on the perimeter.

His soft hands allow him to score from downtown when left open.

He is also a good rebounder at the Jordanian league level. Like several other Jordanian players, he played college basketball in America.

That experience was valuable and helped him to extend his offensive repertoire.

His go-to-move is a quick turnaround jump-shot. On the defensive end, he prefers to guard centers rather than forwards.

With the national team, Al-Khas had a leading role at the 2007 FIBA Asia Championship, but his playing time dropped substantially last summer.

The 34-year-old center will probably end his career soon.
